A clinic can only treat you if you can get to it. This practice only ever treats you at home — across Liverpool, Merseyside, Wirral, Warrington and Knowsley — so if getting to an appointment is the problem, that part is already solved. Falls prevention, balance work, post-hospital rehab and long-term mobility, all in your own front room.
Falls prevention and balance
Assessment of balance and fall risk, with exercises to build stability and confidence around the house — stairs, getting up from a chair, walking to the bathroom at night.
Post-hospital discharge rehab
Rebuilding strength and movement at home after a hospital stay, working from wherever you are now rather than expecting a trip to a clinic first.
Long-term mobility
Ongoing, paced work on strength, walking and everyday movement for long-standing conditions, reviewed and adjusted as things change.
You don’t need to be in the room — or even in the same city — to arrange this. The booking calendar’s address step asks where the visit should happen, and that address doesn’t have to be yours.
Book for your mum in Aigburth from your desk in London: pick a day and time, enter her address and her details, and I’ll turn up at her door.
If she’d rather book it herself, that works just as well — this is simply for when it’s easier for someone else to arrange.
Prefer to talk it through first?
Call or WhatsApp me directly — happy to answer questions before anyone books, including whether this is the right fit for your relative.
This is private musculoskeletal physiotherapy, not acute medical care or nursing — I don’t provide wound care or manage acute medical deterioration, and I’m not a substitute for a GP or 999 in an emergency. Some cases in the first days after a hospital discharge are better suited to an NHS community rehabilitation team than to a single physiotherapist visiting at home; if that looks like the better fit for you or your relative, I’ll say so rather than take on care outside what I can safely provide.
£90 home visit · £60 online
One-hour sessions. No hidden fees, no referral required.
None. I bring everything needed for a full assessment and hands-on treatment. A plinth isn't required — a chair, a sofa, or a bed works fine. If a session leads to a recommendation for a small aid or piece of equipment, I'll tell you exactly what it is and why.
The first visit is a full assessment: your medical history, current mobility, any falls or near-falls, and what matters to you day to day — getting to the shops, managing the stairs, whatever it is. From there we agree what to work on and get started where it's appropriate to do so straight away.
Yes. Family members and carers are welcome to sit in, ask questions, and learn the exercises alongside the patient — that often makes the plan easier to keep up between visits.
A home visit is £90 for a one-hour session. Where an online consultation is appropriate instead, it's £60. No GP referral is needed to book either.

For yourself or on behalf of a relative. No referral needed, across Liverpool, Merseyside, Wirral, Warrington and Knowsley.
