These terms apply to physiotherapy services provided by Naveen Ramakrishnan, trading as Naveen Physiotherapy, and to your use of this website and patient portal. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
We provide musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy assessment and treatment, delivered either as a home visit or an online consultation. Treatment is provided by a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Physiotherapy outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any particular clinical result, and any timeframe discussed with you is an estimate based on clinical judgement.
This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a serious injury, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E. For urgent but non-emergency concerns, contact NHS 111.
Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for individual clinical assessment.
Requesting an appointment through the portal does not by itself confirm it. A request is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. We may need to propose a different time if the requested slot is no longer available.
Current fees are £75 for an online consultation and £90 for a home visit, per session. The fee that applies to your appointment is the one shown at the time you book. There are no hidden charges.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, may be charged.
If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will let you know as soon as we can and offer you an alternative time.
For home visits, please make sure there is safe access and enough clear space to carry out an assessment and treatment. We may need to end or reschedule a visit if it cannot be carried out safely.
Please give accurate and complete information about your health, symptoms, medication and relevant history, and tell us about any changes. Treatment decisions depend on it. Following the advice and exercise programme given to you is an important part of recovery.
You will be asked to consent before assessment and treatment. You can withdraw consent or stop treatment at any point, including during a session, without needing to give a reason.
We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Clinical records are kept confidential and retained in line with professional record-keeping requirements. See our Privacy Policy for details of what we collect and your rights.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
If something has gone wrong, please tell us first so we can try to put it right — contact details are below. You can also raise concerns about a registered physiotherapist with the HCPC.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to that appointment.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
