Chartered musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist
I became a physiotherapist because I saw first-hand how pain and injury can rob people of the things they love — whether that is playing with their children, competing in sport, or simply getting through the day without discomfort. I wanted to be the person who helps them get that back.
With over ten years of clinical experience across the NHS and private sector, I now bring expert, evidence-based physiotherapy directly to patients across Liverpool and Merseyside — at home or online.

Currently working across NHS hospital outpatient departments and community rehabilitation services, maintaining a deep clinical foundation in musculoskeletal assessment and treatment alongside private practice.
Worked with athletes at grassroots and elite levels, developing sport-specific rehabilitation programmes and return-to-play protocols under high-pressure, time-sensitive demands.
Appointed as a First Contact Practitioner in primary care — an advanced role assessing and managing patients directly without GP referral, reflecting specialist-level clinical skills.
Also seeing patients in person every Saturday at Bridge House Clinic in Rossett, near Chester & Wrexham — one-to-one chartered physiotherapy assessment and hands-on treatment.

I believe effective physiotherapy starts with listening — and ends with you feeling confident to manage your own health.
Every treatment starts with understanding your story — what's happening, how it affects your daily life, and what you want to achieve.
Rather than masking symptoms, I use thorough clinical reasoning to identify the underlying cause of your pain or limitation.
Your plan considers the full picture — movement, sleep, stress, activity levels, and goals — not just the area that hurts.
My goal is to make you your own best therapist — equipped with the knowledge, exercises, and confidence to stay well long-term.
Every patient I see receives my full attention. I do not rush through appointments or follow a generic protocol. Your body, your goals, and your life are unique — your physiotherapy should be too.
Advanced training in complex musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation — not just general exercises.
Expert care comes to you. No waiting rooms, no travel stress. Same clinical quality, in your environment.
I treat why you're in pain, not just where it hurts. Lasting recovery means addressing the underlying problem.
Your care doesn't end when the session does. Personalised exercise programmes, check-ins, and guidance throughout your recovery.
Whether you are dealing with a recent injury, recovering from surgery, or living with pain that has been holding you back — I want you to know that things can get better.
I chose this career because I genuinely care about helping people move well and live without limitation. Every patient I treat receives the same dedication I would give to my own family.
I visit patients across Liverpool and Merseyside, including the Wirral, Knowsley, Southport and St Helens.
